What payment methods do you accept?

 

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal. You may also send us payment in the form of a Money Order. As a last resort, we also accept cheques, though delivery will be delayed until cheque clears.

 

I'm not sure what size to buy.

Click here to see the size chart.  All items are measured lying flat.  The best way to tell the perfect shirt to purchase is to measure one of your own tshirts thats fits great, then buy that size.  Remember, though our shirts are preshrunk, they will lose 1/4-1/2 size after their first wash.

What are the shipping charges?

 

Shipping is very simple. You pay a flat rate based on destination for the first item, then, a flat discounted rate for any additional item. Click here for shipping chart.

 

Are these durable silkscreened items or cheap iron on transfers?

 

We would never dream of shipping a cheap iron on transfer that would only entertain your friends and family for a few short wash cycles. These items are all carefully screenprinted to ensure a long and fulfilling life.

 

Do you wholesale the t-shirts?

 

Yes. For information on wholesale, please write to wholesale@shalomshirts.com with details on your store/ vendor setup, and we will discuss your options.

 

How are the shirts made?

 

On a sewing machine of course! Almost all of our items are 100% cotton. Some of our items may contain some lycra or polyester, depending on the maker's desired effects. Our Mens shirts are mostly high quality nationally know T-shirt brands such as Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Alstyle Apparel. Our women's T-shirts items are from American Apparel and Bella, with a few pieces by Graziani. We also like to support small high quality local makers where possible, but these items will be indicated in the product descriptions. Kidswear is from Gildan, Babywear and Petwear is from American Apparel.

 

Is this site secure?

 

Yes, it is. Our cart utilizes industry standard 128 bit encryption to secure your private data. You can confirm this being noticing the lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window (Firefox, Internet Explorer 6 and under) or next to the address bar (Internet Explorer 7) at the cart (when you divulge personal info)

 

Do you accept returns?

 

If the item is in new, unused condition, we will be more than happy to exchange the item for either another item, or a store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the value of the item minus shipping. Please note that all exchanged items will be subject to a reshipping fee equal to the amount paid for first shipping. No handling fee is added.

 

I think my wife/daughter/baby/husband/mother looks great in your items, where can we submit a picture?

 

You can submit a picture of you or your wife/daughter/baby/husband/mother to pictures@shalomshirts.com. We even give out gift certificates for future savings when we're in the mood!
